I would say that choosing the right shape for your nails can prevent the unpleasant breakage of them and make them more long lasting. I suggest you to try the ballerina nail shape because it is considered to be really comfortable, so does the square nail shape, and it look classy but extremely elegant. I guess that to keep your nail healthy you have take good care of them, use oils and moisturisers, try to keep them away from the objects which could break your nails.
