Hi,

I have Plex Pass running on my DS918 +. It works fine except that I have a problem when I use hardware transcoding with movies that have subtitles. I add the subtitles to the MKV container with handbrake when I create MKVs. If I use software then everything is fine. The sub-titles end up way out of synch. Roku 4.Does anyone else have issues with hardware transcoding and sub-titles?

Please help.
